Be the Change Retreat
February 22nd - 24 th (2/22: 7 pm - 10 pm; 2/23: 9:30am - 9 pm; 2/24: 9 am - Noon)
During this experiential retreat you will explore and articulate the qualities you desire to embody and your heartsong. You will leave this retreat with a clear vision of your heartsong, an understanding of how your beliefs support and sabotage your desires, a tool kit to move through obstacles and challenges and a circle of on-going support to truly be the change you wish to see in the world.

- Identify the tools that cultivate, nourish and maintain our spiritual well-being.
- Explore the current state of our Spirtiual Tool Kit.
- Practice exercises that utilize our spiritual tools.
- Create a maintenance program to free ourselves from the past and deepen our capacity for love and compassion in the present.
